Deliveries:
1. How is my order delivered?
It is delivered by The Courier Guy or one of our other partners.
2. What is the usual handling time before dispatch?
It usually takes 1-2 business days as per our shipping policy.
3. How long does it usually take for my order to be delivered?
Transit of your furniture order usually takes 3-7 business days as per our shipping policy.
4. How can I track the shipping of my furniture order?
The shipping of all Furnishings orders can be viewed on The Courier Guy's tracking page.
5. Is the delivery fee at Furnishings free?
Yes, as per our shipping policy, all standard orders include free delivery to main centres and there is a surcharges for large items and outlying areas.
Payments:
1. How do I pay for my orders at Furnishings?
At Furnishings we offer two methods of payment, you can pay on our website using the YOCO payment portal or a sales representative can send you a quote and you can pay using your bank's online banking EFT option.
2. Can I do everything online when I buy at Furnishings?
Yes, everything is done online, and just select your basket and payment once you are ready to order.
Furniture Products:
1. Does Furnishings sell new or secondhand furniture?
At Furnishings, we only sell new furniture with all of our orders.
2. Do I have to self-assemble my furniture?
Yes, the furniture we sell at Furnishings must be self-assembled.
Warranty:
1. Is there a warranty with furniture bought at Furnishings?
Yes, there is a 1-year carry-in warranty at Furnishings.
